How do I get started?
Register for a B2B account on our website. Then send us an email with your company contact information and attach a copy of your company's resale certificate. We'll gather information from you to determine your wholesale pricing tier and send you our Reseller Agreement for signiture.
How do I place an order?
Sign into your B2B account and browse our catalog. Add the items you want to your cart then checkout. We'll be automatically notified that you've created a draft order after you request a quote. We encourage you to call us to confirm shipping and delivery details. We'll add in the shipping costs and discounts then send you an invoice via email.
Do I need a retail store to get a wholesale account?
Yes. Wholesale pricing tiers require physical showrooms. Designers may make purchases at knoxdeco.com for 15% off.
Do you dropship?
We do not offer drop shipping as part of our B2B platform. See our retail store at rusticdeco.com for residential delivery options.
